These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, transactions, and website use between you (“the Customer”) and ISO Boost (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Orders
ISO Boost is the exclusive importer and distributor of Energy Solutions isolation transformers for yachts in the USA.
Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information are provided as accurately as possible on our website. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of order using the payment methods provided on our website.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products within the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only. ISO Boost is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
4. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns not covered under warranty are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped.
5. Warranty
All products include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and require proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty returns are not subject to the restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISO Boost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
